Who is Mrs. Rand?

I have a BA in Elementary Education as well as certification in Teacher of Students with Disabilities.

Prior to joining the staff at LCJSMS I taught special education and general education in Morris County.

I love the beach! My idea of a perfect day is to sit on the beach with the sun shining, a nice breeze blowing reading a good book.
